Ruth Andrews, Artist
The pencil sketches of the homes were drawn by artist, Ruth Andrews; a resident of the College Hill Historic District for 22 years.  Although no longer living in the area, she continues to support our efforts by providing the beautiful drawings of the Historic District homes.  We greatly appreciate her contribution.
