This home is an example of the Bungalow style homes of the period. It is a one and one-half story frame, 3-bay, rectangular Bungalow built circa 1925 by Robert Pflanze. The interior boasts original oak woodwork and built-in ‘Mission Style’ cabinetry. The house has a brick foundation, gable roof, exterior brick chimney and weatherboard siding. On the main facade is a one-story porch with tapered frame post and original screened panels. On the east bay of the facade is an exterior frame staircase that leads from the porch to the ˝ story. The main entrance has a multi-glass and frame door. Windows are 4/1 vertical light sashes. At the roofline is a gable dormer with knee brace brackets, wood shingle surface and Palladian motif window with 4/1 and 3/1 vertical sashes. Jessica and Kevin Avery purchased the home in 2000. |
