| 318 Indiana Ave.–Residence of Kathryn and John Fleer |
|
Mr. John Hershey, an accomplished carpenter who worked on other homes on Indiana Avenue, built the home, circa 1908. It is a Queen Anne styled two and one-half story house with brick foundation and hipped roof. In the gable fields are square and fish scale shingles. Above the first story windows on the projecting bar are milled panels and drop pendants. The previous owner added the stained glass window on the landing of the stairs and the outbuilding. Kathryn and John Fleer purchased the home in 1998. |
