Eastern Cashmere Association
The Easter Cashmere Association was formed early in 1992 to provide
education about cashmere goats and their fiber. With members in twenty stats and
Canada, ECA is successfully bringing together breeders, fiber artists, and
others interested in this luxurious fiber and the goats which grow it. We
publish a quarterly newsletter, share are knowledge of goats at agricultural
fairs and fiber festivals, and sponsor educational workshops.
ECA is one of the regional organizations flourishing under the umbrella of our
national association, Cashmere Producers of America, or CaPrA. Each ECA member
has the opportunity to have a voice on the national level by becoming a
participating CaPrA member. |
