Brad brings more than twenty years of experience in residential and commercial construction to McDougall Bros. Construction, Inc. Before relocating to Townsend Brad was a General Contactor in New York City where he specialized in luxury interiors. As both a cabinet maker/finish carpenter and project supervisor Brad completed many high-profile interiors in homes on Park Avenue and Fifth Avenue and corporate interiors in midtown Manhattan. Most projects involved extensive collaboration with architects, engineers and interior decorators.

While both Jim and Brad are directly involved with the estimating and contract preparation, Brad is responsible for delivering each home from the “dry-in” stage through completion. Coordination of the mechanical trade contractors (plumbing, heat & air, electrical) and supervision of the insulation, drywall, painting and flooring contractors are among his tasks.
