Fishing
We've seen some fairly good size fish taken from the Little River surrounding River Island. Small Mouth and Large Mouth Bass, Redeye, Bluegill and Catfish to name a few. If you want to catch your own supper... have at it!
 

 

Our Canoe Season

Starting in May of each year and running through the end of October we are open for your enjoyment 24 hours a day, seven days a week!

Fishing license and permits.
There is always a chance of you getting caught by bigger fishermen... these are the folks from the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Commission (TWRA), so get a permit or take your chances, the choice is yours to make.
