Governing Rules.
PLEASE READ.

A cleaning fee will be charged on all one-night stays.  Also an additional  fee
will be charged to credit cards if  the cabin is damaged or requires excessive cleaning

*Rates listed are for 2 adults only / $10.00 for each additional adult.
Children 12 and under stay free / Limit of three (3) free per cabin.

**Special Weekly Rate - Stay six nights and the seventh is free.

  Deposits: A deposit of one half (1/2) is required within 7 days after reservation
is placed. Upon receipt of deposit a confirmation will be sent by mail.
This deposit IS NON-REFUNDABLE

Cash, Traveler's Checks and Credit Cards / All Days Reserved Must Be Paid For.

Rental Minimum: We have a 3 night minimum during June, July, and October and all observed holidays.

All Days Reserved Must Be Paid For on arrival.
No Refunds

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR OUTDOOR CAMPING ALLOWED,
NO OUTSIDE FIRES - NO EXCEPTIONS
If pet is found, you will be required to vacate premises immediately with NO REFUND whatsoever.
